Pizzeria Da Nanni

It’s a quite nice Italian street food pizza place in the heart of Barcelona. But I found a bit weird how they treat their customers I came there during the evening and made an order for one little diavola pizza. They told me to wait about 10 minutes. About 4 minutes after me, one Italian guy appeared and it was obvious that he didn’t show up before. He made an order and started speaking Italian with the staff. It could have been a regular story, but there was one detail. He got his pizza before me, even tho he made an order quite some time after me. I got a bit confused, was it because the guy was also Italian and the guys in the pizza place were a bit bias towards him or maybe they just simply forgot about mine pizza - dunno. I was not in the mood to ask. But this was not very nice, because I had to wait more The taste of pizza was quite good, so I won’t complain about it. The dough was fermented and the tomato base was quite tasty. There was not enough sausage, as for my taste. But maybe it’s how it should be in Italy

This is a type of place where I would be a regular if I lived in Barcelona. The pizza is well priced and delicious. The ingredients are fresh and well-balanced. Also, gets made quickly. We had the mortadella and margarita, one is more creamy and indulging while the other is more fresh and tangy. Both are a must try!

Quality for the price is amazing. The pizza itself is delicious. The dough is really good and the ingredients quality is on point. Around the evenings the place does get busy, but during the day, you won't find nothing better around for 7 euros.

The prices are very affordable for this area. Our thin-crust pizza was mostly good. The dough was soft and pleasantly chewy, even with a thin base, and the outer crust had a nice texture. The Margherita pizza was quite simple and seemed to be missing basil, with just tomato sauce and cheese.

This is for me the most authentic Pizza Napolitana in BCN! You can sit outside, or inside! No cutlery, just the box and napkins!

As a regular customer I'va to say is the best pizza in the whole city without doubting. Staff is super friendly and resolutive, cheff are extremly fast 5 min maxim to have a fresh baked pizza, and most important quality of ingridients are extremly good. 10/10
